Model Specification:

GZ stands for middle door, which is installed in the middle of the wall. Both sides need to be closed up at the site by the customer.

Acoustic Rating:

Combines professional fabrication methods with rigorous processing procedures.Laboratory tested at Sound Transmission Class 45 dB.

Sound insulation design class：

Single steel door with threshold is 40-45dB.

Single steel door without threshold is 35-40dB.

Double steel door with threshold is 35-40dB.

Double steel door without threshold is 30-35dB.

Technical Parameters:

1. Acoustic steel door adopts deep processing plate opening technology and automatic opening technology, CAD editing technology to
    complete the structural design of the whole door, after the deep processing plate opening technology is finished,CNC bending and
    forming,and then welded, high temperature baking paint and wood grain heat transfer printing technology.

2. The door leaf and door frame are made of 1.5mm thick galvanized steel.

3. The door frame structure uses a magnetic sealing strip to slowly close the door.
    (The magnetic sealing strip has obtained the national patent.)

4. The door frame adopts weighing hinge, and the range of Angle and gap is controlled within 3 to 4mm.

5. The door frame width is 148 mm.

    Door frame thickness is 90 mm.

6. Door leaf adopts T-shaped structure.

    Door fan filling: Damped soundproof board, keel layer, sound absorbing and sound insulation cotton.

    The thickness of the door leaf is 70mm.

7. If the sound insulation requirement is high, the steel door will be equipped with a threshold (threshold height is 45 mm).

8. When there is no threshold, the automatic lifting sealing strip is used, which is in close contact with the ground, which can be well
    soundproof, smoke-proof and mosquitoes cannot enter.

9. Size range:  

    Standard size: (H)2100mm*(W)1000mm (Height*Width).

    Custom size: Door width: single leaf <1000mm, double leaf<2000mm;  Door height <3000mm.

10. Opening direction selection:  (Subject to standing outside)

      Open right inward   (hinge is on the right, handle is on the left);  Open right outward  (hinge is on the right, handle is on the left);

      Open left inward    (hinge is on the left,handle is on the right);  Open left outward  (hinge is on the left,handle is on the right).

Installation Technical Description:

Every door is assembled in the factory, pass verticality before leaving the factory, cooperate sex and easy maneuverability check, the separate door frame structure not only adapts to different wall thicknesses, but also is easy and quick to install.

After the customer receives the door, when installing, the door frame needs to be filled with cotton, polyurethane foam + filled structural glue or cement mortar.

Package Instruction:

Packaging: the surface of the door adopts blue film + 10mm thick pearl film inside packing + strong plywood outside packing.

Production period：signing the contract, after receiving 50% of the advance payment, delivery within 20 days.
